months older then the story quoted below.  The author is such a = great
researcher that it only took him eight months to notice a program =
Microsoft promoted on its shared source web site.  So brilliant that the =
author failed to notice the mention of the Government Source Licensing =
Program in a press release dated more than a year earlier =
(http://www.microsoft.com/presspass/press/2001/dec01/12-03SharedSourcePR.=
asp).  This is the kind of sharp reporting one comes to expect from = these bozos.

   As for your remarks, which you attempt to attribute to an anonymous =

  As someone remarked, the Indians are taking it at MS's word that that
