I see a new plan for victory over terrorism has been put forth.

The thinking now is to utilize the military to go after 
Al Qaeda in Iraq.

This is sheer genuis IMHO.

Why didn't we think of this before?
Say for instance in Afganistan.

I predict a cakewalk, quick victory and a hearty welcome
by Iraqis tossing flowers at the feet of our liberating
sevicemen and woman.
