The Email I got talked about "MY" Pay Pal Account had been compromised
because Pay Pal GeoTracked where it was accessed from, so now they made
"MY" Account a LIMITED ACCOUNT and I'd have to fill out the Form they
attached to "their" Email and submit it to "them" to
have "MY" Account
restored to Full Access.

I'm not completely stupid, some parts are missing.
