I think he should have been acquitted.  Note that I'm not a lawyer, but
I believe that much of the evidence introduced was irrelevant and
prejudicial.

Regarding the sentence, I think it's the most humane thing he could
have gotten.  As I once told a judge during a jury selection process, I
believe that our prisons amount to cruel and unusual punishment.
Prison rape or the threat thereof is essentially torture, as is living
with the possibility that one may be shanked in the face or otherwise
maimed.  If he's on death row, I believe he's kept from the general
population, and I think they're carrying out death sentences more
quickly nowdays.

The feminazi jackboots may act pleased at the sentence, but I doubt
they are.  They would have loved to imagine Scott Peterson languishing
in prison and being abused, but this won't happen, and though he killed
a member of the ruling class and the fetus she was carrying, the State
can still only kill him once.

On a long enough timeline, the survival rate for everyone approaches
zero.  What they'll do to Scott would have happened anyway.  He'll be
spared decades of prison abuse as well as the illnesses that come with
older age.
