Yeah... unfortunately I've been very slack in my developer duties so far. I'd extend the built-in QWK, not replace it; but it does need quite a bit of work. One of the first things I hope to do is to include QWKE functionality, which gives many of the benefits of Blue Wave (when used with a compatible reader like MultiMail) without all the effort. But ultimately, it would be nice to have built-in Blue Wave in Maximus, since a) existing Blue Wave doors are broken, and b) they wouldn't work under Linux anyway. BTW, I have done QWK networking as well. ...
