Not only is he on the court, but he's the smartest on the court, and
he'd be chief justice if that pantywaist Specter wasn't head of the
judiciary committee.  Of course they'll abuse their advise-and-consent
role and filibuster anyone who may actually interpret the law, as
opposed to circumventing the federal and state legislatures.
