Hello there!

After a filesystem crash i did recovery as far as possible. I have
pkt-style backups of all areas (export to fake link) and i want to merge
them into the partially rebuilded msgbase. This will put already existing
echomails into the msgbase. Because the dupe-database is broken and/or
outdated.

How do i rebuild the dupe database for an existing echoarea?
