  A strong El Nino is forecast for the MidSouth, Arklatex, and Arklamiss
regions...with cooler and wetter than normal conditions. The snow lovers
are already wishcasting. :P

  We had rain and storms today, bringing 1 to 2 inches of much needed
rain to the region.
