In Firefox I use VideoDownloadHelper and FlashGot.
FlashGot is probably the program that is confusing me when I begin D/Ling
a video using VDH.
I thought the drop down box offering several different file options was a
part of VDH, now I'm thinking it FG that is doing that.
Originally I was selecting the top file in the listing, which usually is a
WEBM file, now I've been selecting a file with a MP4 extension.
Realplayer may have came on this pc when I bought it, but I haven't used it
because I "thought" I had heard the program had problems.
