So it was you.  Good question why...I received FREQs from various
places in the USA and there was no problem, but when I got one from
Belgium (you?) it didn't work.  My mailer just waited for the request
file and none was received.  The only thing I can think of is that
the phone lines or connections weren't all that great.  Before and
after that attempt I got several calls that the mailer handled as FAX
calls (that usually happens when someone tries to call voice).
