Sorry to hear about the wheels woes.  Sometimes it seems like the
problems never stop...
The rollerskating starts up again in October, the first and third Friday
of each month.  I believe it was $2.50 a head, skates included.  It's
nice to have a social outlet with only other homeschooled children.  It
really was a highlight for my daughter.
Are you getting involved in the HS program through the school district?
