Thats the nub really. Coverage. No point going for the cheapest network if it
doens't work where you want to go. One2one is fine for me, as it works fine 
here
at home, and I work in South-East London and Kent, and it also works 
everywhere
I go. I almost never travel abroad, so European PCN coverage is of no real
consequence to me either. If my movements change in the future then I will 
have
to think about another network then.
