I followed that link to the main Goebbels page at that site, which has a
really LOT of Goebbels articles.  Then I went to the wp article on
Goebbels.  There I learned some things that I didn't know:

After Hitler's suicide and according to his will, Goebbels became
Chancellor.  His wife and children had already joined him in the Berlin
bunkers.  After one day as Chancellor, then he too, along w/ his wife
and their 6 children, also committed suicide by cyanide.

The Goebbels article above was 1941 Jan 12.  That timing was *after* the
Battle of Britain,  depending on whether you use the official time frame
according to Germany or UK.  .de = 'campaign' 1940 Jun - 1941 Jun;  .uk
BoB 1940 Jul-Nov + Blitz 1940 Sep - 1941 May.

So, at the time of the Goebbels harangue above, the official UK BoB was
*over*, the Brits having won air superiority, but the blitzing was still
going on for 4 months more.  The 'differences' between the BoB and the
blitz I'll leave to the air warriors to reminisce.

So, I can certainly see Goebbels as being unhappy w/ Churchill speeches
at that time.
