I use Wise Care 365 to keep the system "clean & organized",
the best way to 
speed up Windows (my system, a Win 7 Pro 64-bit OS, is as spiffy as it was when 
I built it). The ultimate fix would be to re-install everything from scratch 
(Windows itself and applications), a daunting task, but doable (I used to do 
this every couple of years, but found it unnecessary after installing Wise Care 
365!)
