Most of the major points of the overall plot have been worked out.  Some in
more detail than others.  For most parts of the storyline it's more of a
sketch than point by point details to give room for the characters to be
more than slaves of the plot.

A few sections have been worked out in more detail so that I know what I'm
doing in the current installment and don't make a mess of things.
