They are nice birds. I think they are one of the quietest Aratingas, as are 
the
White Eyes. Supposed to be good talkers too. My friend had a breeding pair 
that talked all the time.
They are a subspecies of the Green Conure. They look very much like White 
Eyes.
Except that the throat area is a tomato red not a cherry red.
