It should be ready by the time Merlin is released; it just wasn't
ready in time to be included in the base package when IBM sent 
the final Merlin code out for production.

According to the press release, there will be no charge for 
Netscape/2.  It will run under both Warp and Merlin, but Warp 
users will need to buy an additional Java package *IF* they want 
the Java features.  Otherwise, they can use Netscape/2 for free. 
Merlin users will have Java built into the OS, so no additional 
software or cost is needed to run Netscape/2-Java with Merlin.
