This may sound like an odd question, but why does N.F.B. bother
booking hotel reservations in the first place?
Is it because in order to get the extremely low rates, the hotel
wants to not handle the paper work?
I would think the hotel would be better equipped to handle
reservations than N.F.B., but it is possible the hotel doesn't
want to handle the reservations for a large convention
individually.
