Hi Dick,
I wasn't advising her of the validity of a claim, that was fairly obvious,
but the practicality of it. Even her lawyer advised it. How many people
running a Home Office, or any small business have the time and money to
pursue something like this? I beleive at this time though that Nanci's lawyer
has drafted a better contract for her to use. One with more teeth to it to
make it easier, and hopefully less expensive, to protect her interests.
