I have a combination modem and sound card.Generic i suppose.
the modem is voice,fax,data,28,8.It is rather fussy at 28.8
but not at 14.4.Are there any tricks to fix this other than
buying a brand name modem.This modem apparently uses a Hayes
dial string.It only seems to be fussy with some modems, not all
at 28.8.Running win95 also if that helps.Thanks.
