I am trying to find a program that I can use with my point to
list the users of this echo. I did try one but I did not have
enough memory to use it properly.
Of course the programs only list the people who write to the
list. It does not show the number that read our messages and do
not post at all.
What we have done on a couple of other echos was to have anyone
that logged onto the echo to basically sign on and say hi. Then
there was a person on the list that took care of a list of
members. The list was complied from the sign on as well as
private posts that listed the members interests and home
location. The list was then uploaded to the list on a monthly
basis and updated as needed. If someone would like to take on the
responsibility to start such a list I will not stop you. Think it
over and see what you all think about it.
