Alternative can mean prevention, cure, treatment and it doesn't necessarily
mean ONLY concrete things such as herbs etc. Some traditional western
medical info is welcome as I want the readers to be informed of any new
medical news that might be of help to them. If we can prevent, then we don[t
need to cure; some have been so badly damaged by traditional medicine they
don't want to go near it at all and other want a complementary view that they
can incorporate with their traditional medical useage. This is all fine.

You're right. This echo has too many people who think ONE way and insist
that their way is the ONLY way and anyone who disagrees is pounced on. I
have tried to discourage this as best I can without actually banning them. My
best advice is if you start to read something that you find out of place, go
on past it.

How about contributing something of what YOU know, practice. If no one
participates except the offensive then this echo will never be any
fferent.
