I'd suggest tailoring your resume for the job - the last time I was job
searching I made a couple of dozen resumes, each tailored for a company or type
of job.

A chronological resume may not be the one you want to show them. A functional
resume can be tailored to the employer or type of job and not mention
dates/roles.
