Title: Beef Louise
Categories: Five, Beef, Soups, Wine
Yield: 6 Servings
3 lb Lean beef
1 1/2 oz Pkg dry onion soup mix
10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 Soup can of water
2/3 c Burgundy wine
Cut beef into bite-size pieces. Mix all together. Do
not brown beef. Put into covered 2 quart casserole
and bake @ 325ºF/165ºC for 3 hours.
Do not open casserole while baking.
Serve over buttered noodles or rice.
Makes 6 servings.
