MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Louise Miller's Baked Spaghetti
 Categories: Pasta, Beef, Sauces, Vegetables, Cheese
      Yield: 10 Servings
 
     16 oz Spaghetti
      1 lb Ground beef
      1 md Onion; chopped
     24 oz Jar meatless marinara sauce
    1/2 ts Seasoned salt
      2 lg Eggs
    1/3 c  Grated Parmesan cheese
      5 tb Butter; melted
      2 c  Small curd cottage cheese
      4 c  Shredded mozzarella cheese
           Chopped fresh basil; opt
 
  Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
  Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook beef and onion over
  medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir
  in spaghetti sauce and seasoned salt; set aside.
  
  In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, Parmesan cheese and
  butter. Drain spaghetti; add to egg mixture and toss
  to coat.
  
  Place half of the spaghetti mixture in a greased 13"
  x 9" or 3-qt. baking dish. Top with half of the cottage
  cheese, meat sauce and mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
  
  Cover and bake @ 350ºF/175ºC for 40 minutes. Uncover;
  bake until cheese is melted, 20-25 minutes longer. If
  desired, sprinkle with basil.
