I haven't been to college, but what Mark wrote reminded me of one place
I went to see if they had any work available.

It was a hot summer day and my wife stayed in the car while I went in to
see about getting a job, btw the car didn't have Air Conditioning.

Besides the Application Form, I was given a Questionair to complete.
I sat at a table in an Air Conditioned Room for 45 minutes or so and
then gave the papers to someone.

Another person showed me around the place.
I was in the Loading Room and the person showed me the largest Carton that
they loaded on trucks and I was able to pick it up.

Then I was taken to a office to see the Owner.
The owner told me by what He saw on the questionaire showed to Him that I
should look for a better type of job than jist loading trucks by hand.
He didn't have any openings for me at His company.

It was a Food Delivery Service company and after I drove away, I decided not
to eat at any place that I saw His trucks delivering to.
