I've got 4 right now for the different types of work that I'm applying for.
I've found a bit of a need to branch out beyond that, but haven't gotten down
to it just yet. My problem is really not so much what's on the resume, though,
as it is what comes out of my mouth when I'm on the spot, I think.

Yeah I ditched the chronological format awhile ago. I've got a set that are
built to be much more tailored, the format varies a bit between the ones that I
show foodservice folks and the ones that I show to technical folks, but they
both obfuscate the dates pretty well to avoid those gaps working in other
industries.
I think I'm going to spend a week putting in tech resumes so that I can try
to get more interviews where I don't have to worry about the stress of
obfuscating the conversation away from what I've been doing with my life other
than greasy cooking and dishwashing. That doesn't really help me learn to deal
with the office stress in the field itself, but it helps me in the short term
keep from having to deal with misleading.
  God the mental blockages.
