addition:


After being closed down for a period of about thirty to sixty days, I'd start
re-opening the business, and begin hiring.


No former employees would be allowed to return to work for me. Any who showed
up to apply, their completed application would be in the waste basket before
they even got out of the building headed to the parking lot.
