Not unless you've replaced the springs, or it was designed for them. Many 
pistols won't even eject a .22 short if you fed it by hand, and a .22 
short has slightly more power than a CB.
Of course, I have one pistol (a Beretta 21A) which doesn't function
consistently with most of the "high velocity" .22 LR and requires "hyper
velocity" ammo. I guarantee that one wouldn't function with a CB!
