Well, no go on the discipline plan yet, may take another year to get his 
attention. We are very busy seeking grants to provide money for projects, 
teacher training, parent involvement, etc.. I think he thinks enough is 
enough for this year.
 
However, our In-house teacher is reading the book, the librarian is ordering 
it for the teachers, and I am going to try to implement it in my classroom 
this year. 
 
I am overloaded and need something that works better than Assertive 
Discipline. (195 students - 7 periods).
 
Maybe I have planted a seed.
