Subject: [Drakelist] Need C line help.

I have a low serial number R4C and a low serial number T4XC that I used
together until the low voltage supply in the R4C lost a section of
electrolytic. It took a while to get around to fixing it but now that it is
fixed I find that the transmitter and receiver do not track in transceive.
It is like I need to adjust C61 in the receiver except that there is no
trimmer cap in the R4C to net them together like the R4B had. They are off
by 200 hz or more. They did track prior to the electrolytic repair. I
primarily transceive to the transmitter with a crystal controlling the
transmitter but it does not matter whether I am crystal controlling or vfo
controlling they just do not track.

Can anyone suggest a reason and place to start looking to fix this problem?

Thank you.

Jim Pruitt
