Title: St. Gregory's Pasta Salad

Yield: 6 Servings
1/2 lb Green fettuccine
1/2 lb Egg fettuccine
1 lg Red onion; minced
1/2 c Olive oil
1 lb Cooked snow peas; boiled for
- 1 minute
10 oz Box sugar snap peas; boiled
- for 1 min.
2 Red bell peppers; sliced
2 lg Tomatoes; cored, sliced
14 oz Can black olives
1 bn Chopped green onion
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb Prosciutto
4 tb Raspberry vinegar
Boil fettuccine until cooked. Add 1/2 cup olive to hot
pasta. Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl.
Does not have to be refrigerated.
Can be served warm or cold.
