MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Sunflowers & Tortilla Gays
 Categories: Five, Breads, Sauces, Cheese
      Yield: 6 Servings
 
     10    Corn tortillas
      1    Flour Tortilla
      8 oz Can tomato sauce
      2 lg Eggs
           Handful shredded cheese
           Oil
 
  Cut both corn and flour tortillas into small squares and
  rectangles
  
  Fill bottom of pan with oil
  
  Put tortillas into oil
  
  Mix around and fry until golden brown
  
  Open eggs and scramble into tortillas
  
  Cover tortillas with tomato sauce
  
  Fill can halfway with water and pour into pan
  
  Let simmer
  
  Turn off heat and put cheese on top
  
  Serve while warm
