All I can say is to double check in two places. One is in the
configuration statements in BlueWave. Alt-C to get to the menu.
Then use arrow keys to get to Archivers section. The important
setting is the compression algorithm which should look something like

c:\bwave\bzip.bat {at}F {at}I

if you have the simple bzip.bat file or

c:\bwave\bwpack.bat ZIP {at}F {at}I

if you are using the bwpack.bat file that comes with the
distribution. The important thing is that the drive and directory
   be correct.

The second place to check is the compression file itself. My simple
   bzip.bat file is:
echo off
h:\bwave\bwrepfix.exe %2
pkzip -ex %1 %2
since my blue wave directory is on drive H:, and my pkzip is in a
directory that is on the path. In your case, it would need to be
altered to read "c:\bwave\bwrepfix.exe %2". I notice that the
bwpack.bat file does not give explicit drive\directory pointers to
bwrepfix -- and thus assumes that the program is in a directory that
is in the path statement for you. If your batch file does not point
to a drive and directory you'd need to check that bwrepfix is on your
path. Safest thing is to make it an explicit call as in my bzip.bat
   file above.
