Title: Paul Kirk's Basic K. C. BBQ Seasoning or All-Purpose Rub

Yield: 1 Batch
1 c Cane sugar
1/2 c Garlic salt
1/3 c Paprika
2 tb Onion Salt
2 tb Celery salt
2 tb Chilli spice mix
2 tb Black pepper
1 tb Ground ginger
1 tb Lemon pepper
2 tb Dry mustard
1/2 ts Dried thyme
1 ts Cayenne pepper
Sift all ingredients together.
Store in an airtight container away from sunlight.
TO USE: Sprinkle ribs, brisket, or chicken as if you were
putting on heavy salt and pepper.
Makes 3 cups
