Title: Ravioli w/Red Clam Sauce

Yield: 3 Servings
9 oz Pkg refrigerated cheese
- ravioli or cheese
- tortellini
14 1/2 oz Can stewed tomatoes
6 1/2 oz Can minced clams
1 md Zucchini; halved longway,
- thin sliced
2 ts Italian seasoning; crushed
8 oz Can tomato sauce
1 tb Cornstarch
Grated Parmesan cheese
Cook ravioli or tortellini according to package.
Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan combine stewed tomatoes,
undrained clams, zucchini, and Italian seasoning. Bring to
boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 1 minute.
Stir together the tomato sauce and cornstarch until well
blended; stir into hot mixture. Cook and stir over medium
heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2
minutes more.
Serve clam sauce over hot pasta. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese
over each serving.
Makes 3 servings.
