observation of Contractor work at the Local VA Medical Hospital.

Craftsmanship has NOTHING to do with Wages Paid. It is a matter of
Personal Pride of the Worker.
Although as long as I am talking about having soem "Pride" in ones Work
the UNIONS do their Best to Drive out individual Pride as it makes
the Tyical Lazy UNION Slob look bad.
AND I KNOW that after hearing stories form Co-Workers about how one gets
seriously Harrased and even Threatened if one works too hard or does too
good of a Job.

That is informationb necessary in the Bidding process. And despite your
Nay Saying UNION workers WERE REQUIRED for Some Contract Awards.

I had NO Choice as I* qwas NOT i nthe Loop. I did Compalin Frequently
to no Avail, I suspect becasue of Bribery and Intimidation by the UNION
GOONS.
On Critical projects one had NO choice it was Take it or leave it. IF
one put on to much pressure to do the job right the workers sudden
"Iliness" and didn't show up.

I cannot even count the HOU&RS the Engineering Staff had to expend to
either finmish a Job or to go in and Do it right.
