Subject: [Drakelist] C-twins parts needed


Hi folks,
    A friend brought me C-twins recently which were both having problems.
We need the following parts:
    --for the T-4XC, the upper SB filter, it has a Network Sci.
5.645.2.3/8/U filter that has zero ohms to gnd on one end.  I'm pretty sure
any T-4X A, B, C will do it, tho' early ones might not have had as many
poles?
    --for the R-4C, the power transformer.  This one must have shorted
turns, it draws 2 amps at 60vac in, has been warm, has only 10megohms to gnd
on the primary.  This must come from an R-4C -- too bad I sold off a parts
unit last yr.
    Are there any organ donors out there?  Both of us have been trying
Inrad, NetSci, Sherwood, with no results for the filter.
