Hi!  I just updated my TmpCreatWin program.  Now it has multi-level group
support and the option on pre-Vista systems to associate a file type to
TmpCreatWin without adding a template to the database.  (It was already
available on WinVista+.)  It's at 
https://sourceforge.net/projects/tmpcreat/files/, and the file is Picker02.zip.
 Also, I uploaded a few cc65 program templates.  They're at
.../templates_win/cc65/.  Try them!  :)
