Don't know about motors but a number of people have remoted the adjustments
by running rods up to the secondary end. Some have just put levers on and
divided the motion by 2 or so to the actual point of supporting the mirror
while others have actually used bevel gears to change the motion so that it
goes under the support. In either case, the best thing to do is to provide
for the adjustment of two of the mounting points, leaving the third one to
be adjusted only from the bottom so that the mirror won't move up or down
the tube as you adjust from time to time.  Besides, you only need two
adjusters to obtain the correct angle for the mirror.
