I'll certainly consider it. The only reason for not doing
it is that all the macros I make public will show up in the
list of "publics macro list", or "list of loaded macros".
It might not even be worth considering, but you know me, I
spend way too much time on these simple decisions!

This would cause a fairly major change internally. I'm not
saying that to say that I won't do it (it is an interesting
idea), but that it is not just a "make a few changes and it
is done" type of request.
