Nope, the hams do all the work, but don't get any credit.  Same goes for
the Red Cross volunteers.
The workload, especially for food and water distribution, has been so
overwhelming that one hears the Red Cross asking for volunteers on the
Wilmington FM radio station to come down and help, even if it is just
for a few hours.
