I believe that health insurance  should be 100% tax free as an incentive to
getting it (No doubt the Demo's would cast this as a tax break for the
rich, since the poor can't afford health insurance).

I've got a partial deduction and it should be increasing to a full one...
but only because I'm self employed. I don't think that the statement after
the "...but" should be a requirement.
