Well, they are copyrighted patterns but I can post the sources for them.
The hearts bookmark is from a Leisure Arts leaflet called Unique
Bookmarks by Sue Penrod.  The leaflet number is 2625 and is available
through the Leaflets for Less Club, their order number for it is  26252
and has a price of $2.50.
The peacock bookmark is from an Annie's Attic leaflet called Beautiful
Bookmarks in Crochet.  The leaflet number is 8B076 but I'm not sure
where you might be able to get that one.
