Get the equivalent of ANSI.SYS working under the Linux port for the local
console.

From memory, that's what color is dependant on for the local console (max
-k) running under OS/2. Now we may have something broke (i.e. not defined)
for handling / enabling ANSI (IBM PC) color escape squences when running
max -k. I know I'm seeing monochrome when running local mode on my linux
box here....

Take care.....
