You missed a few obvious ones.

The music industry will realize that they are in a much deeper hole than
they ever imagined, I've never know a company (or industry) who could piss
off all their customers and not get in a hole.

The pendulum is going to swing back on copyright holders, they pushed, now
it has no where else to go. Only question here is how far back. It's
already begun but I think this one is to become pretty much a world wide
event.

the war on terror is going to further silence the security community. A
major attempt by terrorists (unsuccessful attempt) to take down the
internet using dozens of known exploits will probably be the cause.

A major backbone will begin providing IPv6 connections.

laptop sales will outpace desktop sales for the first time in history. (ok,
maybe 2004)
