I'm on the BBS machine at the moment, running slackware 14.1 with the 3.10.17
kernel that it comes with. I wonder sometimes if I should update that. But it
runs flawlessly here and ./mis has been running for eons (well, a few weeks)
so I'm also thinking I should leave well enough alone.

I think they are ansi templates I can covert to utf-8. I'm going to go try
now. I suppose if I'm going to run Mystic I should go and find out what I can
and cannot do.. :) The message bodies themselves are fine. If someone entered
some high ascii they may not look right depending on the end users terminal
capabilities.. so that as you say it up to the end user.
