Since old .rep files are deleted and overwritten, before uploading 
one, I use the Reply Packet Manager to View & Manage Outbound Mail. 
Then I save each message and reply into the default text file. 
I archive those files according to year, or month & year, depending 
on how big they get. 

For later reference, I can always copy & paste from that text file.
