eliminate it immediately.

Its spyware disguised as diagnostic software, and it must be set to not
really kick in the full fledged spying for the first several weeks, so the
poor dumb user will think the problems they are having have to do with some
software they themselves installed or after the user has done enough
installation and customization work on the PC that they are very reluctant
to wipe the drive.
