The BBS you are calling is a factor in your low CPS rate. Do you
look at your connect rates at the BBS you are calling also? I regularly
connect at one BBS at (on my end/sending files) 28.8 bps. Yet on the
BBS end, it reports a 31.2 connect. In essence, I can recieve faster
than I can send. Do you have the autoretrain feature enabled? The
efault
on a SupraExpress 33.6i ASVD is that feature disabled. The command to
enable it is "%E1" with out the quotes. Maybe that will help?
